Social History Society Conference 2025 Call for Papers Now Open! Hello everyone,
We are delighted to announce that the Call for Papers for our 2025 conference is now open!
Our 2025 conference will take place from the 7-9th July 2025 at the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley. This will be the first annual conference that we have held at a museum or public history institution and we look forward to seeing you there.
We are seeking both individual paper and panel submissions from those working on social and cultural history. We are also looking for people who are interested in being a strand convenor. Strand convenors are responsible for reviewing abstracts and programming and chairing sessions. They play a crucially important role in shaping the annual SHS conference and usually hold the post for 3 years.
